An important update from National Space Science Centre Operations Ltd (NSSCO).

We are thrilled to announce a significant change within our Group structure.

As of the 1st of January 2025, the National Space Science Centre Operations Ltd (NSSCO) company will trade under our parent company, National Space Centre.

Since 1997, the National Space Centre and NSSCO has grown. This strategic internal restructure aims to streamline our operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies across all aspects of our business. By consolidating our activities within our National Space Centre entity, we will make clearer our organisation identity to our suppliers and customers.

What Does this mean for you?

We are confident this change will make things simpler, so you know with whom you are contracting with. As of the 1st January 2025, you will be contracting with the National Space Centre who has an eligible body status and therefore we will be applying the applicable VAT treatment to our activities which will be detailed on our invoice to you.

We have also implemented a new finance system, therefore documents from us will look different and our bank details have been updated.

Shop packs are available to pre-order for your educational visit and will help you save time and money while also offering memorable souvenirs. 

Our shop pack costs £3.00

Packs include a pen, a pencil and a 2-in-1 UFO pencil sharpener and eraser. 

These must be pre-ordered at least two weeks in advance. Ordered packs are added to your booking, with payment being taken with booking invoice (standard payment T&Cs apply). Product colour may vary. Alternative items of the same value will be provided if advertised items are unavailable.

For exclusive hire we require a minimum of 170 children - any reductions in numbers below 170 will result in the exclusive hire status of your event changing, and you may still be liable for full payment of booked numbers. Smaller groups can book, but may be joined by other similar groups.

Sleepover events can accommodate a maximum of 200 children.
