Satellite Survival

Students will learn about what challenges satellites must overcome to survive in space. Putting this knowledge to the test, students will work in teams to design and build, with limited resources, a protective fairing for a precious Egg-o-sat. Designs will be judged based on several aspects following a launch-simulating, shake test.

Note: This workshop is not available as outreach. Egg-o-sat do not contain any real egg!
