Astronaut (Suitable for all year groups)
The exploration of space is the greatest endeavour that humankind has ever undertaken. What does it take to be part of this incredible journey? What does it take to become an astronaut?
Learn about the training astronauts must complete, life in space and the effects of space on the human body, as well as the risks and measures we take to reduce them.
Astronaut, narrated by Ewan McGregor, gives stunning views of Space and the International Space Station, while also presenting the obstacles astronauts must overcome in the harsh reality of space. Our good friend 'Chad' has kindly volunteered to demonstrate what may happen if adequate precautions are not taken when travelling into space.
This show is suitable for all year groups, and is our standard showing for educational visits.
